Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of experience in compensation.
• Experience with Workday Compensation or similar systems preferred.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day administration of job and salary structures in Workday and maintain job profiles, pay ranges, and codes.
• Lead the Salary.com benchmarking process to ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Conduct data analysis and generate compensation dashboards for planning and year-end processes.
• Support compliance with wage-and-hour, pay equity, and regulatory requirements.
