Job summary

ATI, headquartered in Dallas, TX, seeks a Compensation Analyst to analyze and administer compensation programs, leveraging data to drive market competitiveness and internal equity. You will partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, and other stakeholders to support decisions across ATI’s compensation portfolio.

The role is based at the corporate headquarters in Dallas, with responsibilities spanning data integrity, modeling, reporting, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation administration and/or analysis.
• Experience working with confidential employee and compensation data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including large data sets, formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support compensation data & analytics, ensuring accuracy in pricing and internal equity analysis.
• Analyze data to inform salary recommendations, range penetration, and other decisions.
• Support external market data submissions and benchmark analyses.
• Develop and maintain compensation reports, models, and tools for leadership and stakeholders.
• Assist with salary structures, guidelines, and related tooling.
• Administer annual merit, incentive, and long-term incentive programs within timelines.
• Deliver training and communications for compensation programs to enhance understanding.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and annual compensation processes.
• Prepare compensation reports and materials for leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, data quality, and service delivery.
• Participate in Pay for Performance and other initiatives.
