Kforce Inc. is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst in Doral, FL to support compensation programs, market pricing, and governance. You will partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and leadership to deliver data-driven recommendations and maintain internal equity and market competitiveness.

The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with HRIS and reporting tools. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and modern compensation governance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• CCP certification or progress toward certification is a plus
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with HRIS/reporting systems, visualization tools, or large datasets preferred
• Dashboard, reporting, and financial modeling experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Administer annual/cyclical salary, bonus, and equity programs
• Conduct job evaluations and market pricing
• Develop and maintain salary ranges, pay grades, and compensation structures
• Analyze market survey and internal workforce data
• Perform compensation cost analysis and financial modeling
• Build compensation metrics, reports, dashboards, and analytical tools
• Support pay equity analysis, audits, compliance, and governance
• Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders
• Improve compensation workflows, processes, and reporting
