Job summary

Kforce Inc. is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst in Doral, FL to support compensation programs, market pricing, and governance. You will partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and leadership to deliver data-driven recommendations and maintain internal equity and market competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• CCP certification or progress toward certification is a plus
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with HRIS/reporting systems, visualization tools, or large datasets preferred
• Dashboard, reporting, and financial modeling experience preferred

Summary: The Senior Compensation Analyst is responsible for supporting compensation programs through market pricing, job evaluations, pay analysis, cost modeling, reporting, and workforce analytics. The role partners with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to provide data-driven compensation recommendations while supporting internal equity, market competitiveness, and compensation governance. The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
