Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as human resources, finance, or business administration.
• Minimum < 2 years of work experience in a related job discipline.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Administers compensation policies, processes, and governance.
• Performs various compensation audits.
• Participates in market data surveys and expands market data portfolio.
• Contributes to the job evaluation process including peer reviews and external assessments.
• Performs other related work as needed.
