Job summary

Chicago Trading Company (CTC) is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to manage the annual compensation cycle, market benchmarking, and bonus modeling, reporting to the HCM Operations Lead. You will influence offers for hires and internal moves and collaborate with Finance and senior leadership.

You will build scalable processes, conduct pay equity analyses, and help design comp programs such as the 401(k) and long-term incentives, with opportunities to broaden the role over time.

Qualifications

5+ years' experience in HR compensation.
Strong Excel skills and financial modeling ability.
Ability to partner with senior leadership under tight timelines.
Discretion handling confidential compensation data.
Interest in applying AI and automation to comp processes.

Responsibilities

Own annual compensation cycle execution and statements.
Lead market pricing strategy using benchmarking data.
Coordinate market surveys and benchmarking data maintenance.
Partner with Finance to build bonus pool models and scenarios.
Own comp reporting and insights for HCM and leadership.
Conduct pay equity analysis and advise on fairness.
