Job summary

Merck is seeking a Senior Territory Representative to drive Animal Health solutions across the Woodlands, Spring, Huntsville, and Conroe TX areas. You will engage veterinary clinics, shelters, and corporate accounts to deliver value through our AH portfolio and partner resources.

You will develop territory plans, collaborate with distributors, and move opportunities to close while maintaining a customer-centric focus and staying current on product trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher with significant sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for assigned customers in the Texas territory.
• Understand practice structure and needs to identify opportunities.
• Develop account plans and coordinate with distributors to drive sales.
• Collaborate to share knowledge across the Animal Health portfolio.
• Travel overnight as needed and support education/training for accounts.
