Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in behavioral health required
• Experience supervising or leading a team preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent
• Bilingual is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, day-to-day supervision and performance monitoring over CSS program staff
• Demonstrate leadership and oversight of services and staff development
• Coordinate referrals and transition into CSS services
• Assist with program audits to ensure compliance with regulations and licensing
• Maintain HIPAA and privacy standards across all duties
