Job summary

Baltimore County is seeking a supervisory administrator for the Community Based Services division to lead the Winning Father’s and Rapid Re-Housing programs. The role focuses on staff supervision, data-driven program management, and interagency collaboration in service delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in social or behavioral sciences with at least four years in human services and supervisory experience, plus knowledge of budgeting and grant reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social or behavioral science.
• At least four years' experience providing human services, including supervisory capacity.
• Experience in grant development or supervision/management preferred.
• Knowledge of budget and personnel management; Open Meetings Act.
• Ability to develop and modify program policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff within the Winning Father’s Program and the Rapid Re-Housing Program.
• Address difficult cases and client grievances; ensure casework standards.
• Coordinate service delivery; manage data tracking systems; attend program meetings.
• Work with the DSS Assistant Director and HHS Finance on grant program management and reporting.
• Participate on boards; complete special projects; provide community education regarding DSS programs.
