Job summary

City of Baltimore is seeking a program administrator to direct and coordinate the planning, development, and organization of health services programs within a City agency.

The role requires advising agency leadership, budgeting, and coordinating with hospitals and community partners to improve service delivery. A bachelor’s degree and four years of related experience, including supervisory duties, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and four years of experience coordinating, monitoring and processing health or social services cases.
• Two years of supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Maryland Class C Noncommercial driver’s license (or equivalent) and ability to obtain Baltimore City permit; upload license with application.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person and telephonic visits to evaluate care and health status of participants.
• Assess the quality of care and ensure PAS follow the POS.
• Schedule appointments with clients or representatives.
• Review client documentation and complete required assessments and tools.
• Manage caseload, review plans of service, coordinate referrals.
• Use LTSS for documentation, billing and history.
