Job summary

Catholic Charities of Baltimore is seeking a Program Supervisor to manage the community outreach and operations of the day program in Lutherville Timonium, MD. The role includes supervision, PCP input, medication administration, and ensuring program safety and compliance.

The position requires an AA degree or higher in a related field and at least two years in developmental disabilities with staff supervision, offering a supportive environment with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• AA degree or higher in Special Education, Psychology, Mental Health or related field.
• Two years of experience in the developmental disabilities field with staff supervision.
• Experience delivering community-based services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment where people are valued and encouraged to develop to their fullest potential.
• Supervise implementation of programming and documentation (PCP progress, MARs, etc.).
• Provide daily observation and supervision of individuals and manage attendance reports.
• Attend PCP meetings and provide input with Manager and PCP Specialist.
• Monitor safety, medical and dietary compliance and administer medication when needed.
• Serve as back-up for the Manager of Community Supports and Day Program.
• Develop and maintain transportation route assignments and manage fleet needs.
