Job summary

UZURV is seeking a Baltimore-based business development professional to expand relationships with local human service agencies, senior facilities, and nonprofits, driving growth and retention. The role focuses on advocacy, local policy, and partnerships to expand adaptive transportation solutions in the Baltimore region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Business Development, Community Relations, or Human Services.
• Local knowledge of Baltimore or surrounding area.
• Ability to build relationships with executives and community leaders.
• Willingness to attend evening meetings or events.
• Passion for accessibility and senior services.

Responsibilities

• Manage local Business Development activities and sales pipeline for the Baltimore region.
• Develop relationships and represent UZURV in the region with advocacy groups, trade shows, and commissions.
• Identify and secure contracts with local human service agencies, senior living facilities, nonprofits, etc.
• Facilitate setup of accounts on UZURV’s new product platform and ensure a smooth transition to service.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and nurture newly onboarded partners.
• Use Salesforce to track regional performance and stakeholders; help hit growth targets.
