Job summary

UZURV is seeking a Baltimore-based advocate to expand adaptive transportation partnerships with local human service agencies, senior living facilities, and community groups. You’ll drive growth in the Baltimore region, represent UZURV at advocacy events, and manage relationships with stakeholders.

Reporting to the Director of Mobility Advocacy and Business Development, the role blends community outreach, local policy, and business development to improve access to safe, reliable, affordable

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Business Development, Community Relations, or Human Services.
• Ability to build relationships with executives and community leaders.
• Passion for accessibility and inclusive transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage local Business Development activities and sales pipeline for Baltimore region.
• Develop relationships and represent UZURV in advocacy groups, trade shows, and commissions.
• Identify and secure contracts with human service agencies, senior living facilities, and local nonprofits.
• Set up partner accounts on UZURV’s platform and ensure seamless onboarding.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and identify referral opportunities for growth.
• Track regional performance using Salesforce and report progress to the team.
