Job summary

UZURV – The Adaptive TNC in Phoenix seeks a devoted Business Development professional to expand adaptive transportation partnerships and grow the regional network.

You will engage with human service agencies, senior living facilities, and community groups to advance accessibility and drive mission-focused outcomes while reporting to the Director of Mobility Advocacy and Business Development. This role requires strong networking and travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Business Development, Community Relations, or Human Services.
• Experience in transportation or software is helpful, but community passion is priority.
• Excellent relationship-building and networking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage local Business Development activities and sales pipeline for a designated region and accounts.
• Develop relationships and represent UZURV in the Phoenix area with advocacy groups, trade shows and commissions.
• Identify and secure contracts with local human service agencies, senior living facilities, and non-profits to expand UZURV's network.
• Facilitate setup of accounts on UZURV’s product platform and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to strengthen relationships with partners and identify referral opportunities.
• Use Salesforce to track regional performance and stakeholder engagement to meet growth targets.
