Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Senior TOPS Community Manager Specialist in Atlanta, GA. This floating leadership role provides on-site operational leadership to communities during staffing changes, vacancies, acquisitions, or stabilization efforts.

You’ll mirror Community Manager responsibilities while guiding a small team and ensuring service standards across assignments. Travel is required as assignments rotate between properties; you will coach staff, support onboarding, and align operations with Asset

Qualifications

• 3–4 years leasing or property management experience; Asset Living experience preferred.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned communities and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Lead leasing strategies to achieve occupancy goals and ensure reporting.
• Monitor maintenance and risk management; coordinate with vendors for timely repairs.
• Provide leadership during transitions; coach and mentor a small TOPS team; onboarding and training support.
