Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a TOPS Community Manager Specialist—a floating leadership role within our internal talent agency (TOPS). This position provides short-term (1-90 day) on-site operational leadership to communities experiencing staffing transitions, vacancies, new acquisitions, performance needs, or stabilization efforts.

Assignments vary and may include multifamily, affordable, BTR, active adult, or student housing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two to four years of property management experience preferred.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned communities in line with Asset Living expectations.
• Lead on-site staff and provide short-term supervision during transitions.
• Support leasing, marketing, and budget activities to stabilize occupancy.
