Asset Living is seeking a TOPS Community Manager Specialist to provide temporary on-site leadership across communities, including multifamily and other housing types. The role requires strong adaptability to staffing transitions and a commitment to policy and service standards.

The position involves travel, on-site supervision, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and OSHA regulations while supporting leasing, maintenance, and financial tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two to four years of property management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to learn and execute all on-site software functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at assigned communities, ensuring alignment with Asset Living standards.
• Provide short‑term supervision and direction to on-site staff; assist with hiring, onboarding and training as needed.
• Manage rent collection, deposits, invoicing, and financial reporting; review leases and renewals.
• Support leasing strategies to achieve occupancy goals and stabilize performance.
• Coordinate maintenance, vendor work, and inspections to uphold property appearance and safety.
