Dominium, a leading affordable housing developer and manager with offices nationwide including Minneapolis, seeks a Senior Community Manager to oversee properties in a floating capacity. You will coordinate leasing, maintenance, and resident relations, while leading portfolio projects and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily property operations in a floating capacity, handling leasing, maintenance, and resident relations when no permanent manager is present.
• Leads small specialty projects within the portfolio to improve operations, resident satisfaction, or compliance.
• Ensures compliance with housing programs (e.g., Section 42, Section 8), local laws, and company policies.
• Supervises site personnel as assigned.
• Establishes schedules and assigns personnel needed to manage and maintain the community.
• Implements rent collection processes, monitors budget adherence, and ensures proper financial procedures.
• Provides property performance updates to Regional Manager and VP of Property Management, including occupancy, financials, and team metrics.
• Works with residents to establish good communication and resolve issues fairly and timely.
• Processes applicant files.
