Dominium is seeking a Senior Maintenance Supervisor for the Minneapolis area to oversee daily maintenance operations, including repairs, turnovers, and preventive maintenance. The role requires managing building systems, inventory, and service requests while ensuring safety and compliance with housing standards.

The position involves travel between properties, on-call responsibilities, and collaboration with property managers to maintain high-quality living environments for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; CRMT certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of full‑time maintenance experience with progressively responsible onsite supervisory duties.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English; ability to read and write instructions clearly.
• Demonstrates safety practices and ability to work with residents and facilities teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and performs daily maintenance operations including repairs and turnovers.
• Manages preventive maintenance, inspections, and emergency response.
• Maintains building systems: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and major equipment.
• Handles inventory, digital work orders, and purchasing; processes bids and purchase orders.
• Travels to assigned properties and participates in required training.
