Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned property and team to meet budget goals.
• Provide coaching and training to onsite staff; offer education and training alternatives.
• Assist in budgeting by analyzing financial statements and market data for the property.
• Monitor rent collection, posting, deposits, and monthly financial reports.
