Job summary

Amelia Island Management seeks a Community Association Manager/Account Manager to oversee assigned homeowner and condominium associations. You will monitor common areas, coordinate with Boards, and administer services per policy.

Expect regular board communications, contractor liaison, and daily operations support. You will handle budgeting input, invoicing, and long-range improvement plans while participating in mandatory CAM training and meetings.

Qualifications

• Five years of customer service experience, preferably in professional services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma; some college preferred; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Inspect associations regularly and coordinate with Boards and Presidents.
• Coordinate contractors, verify invoices, and monitor budgets for assignments.
• Handle emergencies 24/7 and provide training and updates as required.
• Attend meetings with owners, board members, and committees as needed.
