Madison Communities in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Regional Manager to lead our multi-site portfolio across NC/SC. You will guide Community Managers to optimize financial results and resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Multifamily Regional Management, strong budgeting/marketing skills, and proficiency with Yardi and ADP. This full-time role requires travel and collaborative leadership.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of Multifamily Regional Management experience.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Proficiency with Yardi, Excel, Word, Outlook, and ADP Workforce Now.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel across NC and SC.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operations across a multi-state portfolio and guide a team of Community Managers.
• Hire, train, and supervise a portfolio of Community Managers.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the portfolio.
• Develop marketing strategies for lease-ups and pricing aligned with markets.
• Travel regularly to Charlotte, Fort Mill, and Indian Land for onsite leadership.
