Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as a leader, and as a collaborative team member.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the property and lead the team to meet budgeted goals.
• Input into budget development and review financial reports and trends.
• Approve invoices, coordinate with vendors, and ensure insurance certificates are current.
• Oversee lease process, applications, renewals, and eviction actions as needed.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing/leasing strategies to hit occupancy goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and requests promptly.
• Supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Engage with owners/clients, provide performance updates and respond to requests.
• Complete accounting, financial, and administrative reports.
