Job summary

Greystar is seeking a results‑oriented Leasing Consultant for a Garden Style community in Morgan Hill, CA. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages to drive occupancy and renewals.

The role requires 1–2 years of multifamily experience, strong customer service, and the ability to coordinate marketing activities, tours, and move‑in coordination with the on‑site team. Valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of multifamily experience.
• Experience greeting prospects, tours, applications, and screening.
• Ability to coordinate marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Valid driver’s license to operate on-property vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Performs sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and complete lease packages.
• Screen credit and background checks and ensure move-in readiness.
• Support lease renewals and follow up to secure retention.
• Coordinate marketing activities and communicate with maintenance for show units.
