Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Senior Community Manager to oversee operations at an apartment community in Myrtle Beach. The role requires strong resident relations, leadership, and effective communication to guide staff, manage onboarding, and drive performance.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in multi-family property management, strong budgeting and training skills, and a commitment to high resident service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in property management.
• 3+ years of related multi-family property management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead property staff, oversee onboarding, training, timesheet approvals, and employee assessments.
• Drive team to achieve performance indicators and manage disciplinary actions with HR.
• Conduct ongoing training with office staff on leasing paperwork, safety, and daily operations.
• Motivate associates through recognition programs and team-building activities to boost morale and productivity.
• Assist in budget preparation and ensure adherence to budgets.
• Prepare month-end and year-end financial reporting and variance analysis within +/-10%.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention by addressing complaints and service requests.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure prompt resident service responses.
• Provide excellent customer service while upholding high resident-service standards.
• Analyze market trends and partner with marketing on leasing strategies to hit occupancy and revenue goals.
• Follow eviction procedures when required.
