RPM Living is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of multifamily communities in the Myrtle Beach area. You will lead on-site teams, drive financial performance, and partner with clients to implement business plans aligned with company objectives.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, budgeting, vendor management, and proactive communication. A hybrid office presence is required, with regular site visits and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; four years of multifamily property management experience preferred.
• Experience leading on-site teams and vendor relationships in a multi-property portfolio.
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi and revenue management tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and interview process across site-level teams.
• Conduct regular coaching, one-on-one sessions, and annual performance reviews.
• Coordinate with HR to ensure policy compliance and conflict resolution.
• Onboard, train, and mentor team members for success.
• Conduct weekly site visits and engage with clients through regular calls.
• Serve as primary client liaison and ensure timely follow-up.
