Dominium is seeking an on-site Community Manager for Aviara Flats in Phoenix, AZ. The role oversees daily property operations, occupancy, and resident relations to ensure a quality living environment.

Responsibilities include staff leadership, budgeting, and coordination with corporate and HR. The position requires a 2-year degree and strong communication, with travel as needed to manage properties and drive performance.

Qualifications

• Requires 2-year degree (4-year degree preferred) and related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience in property management and supervising staff is expected.

Responsibilities

• Maximize occupancy, collections, appearance, resident retention, and compliance.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and manage on-site staff and vendors.
• Oversee move-ins/outs, inspections, and chargebacks, ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain budgets, purchasing procedures, and timely reporting.
