Job summary

The Community Builders Inc. is seeking a Senior Community Life Service Coordinator for Historic South End in Boston. This on-site role partners with Pine Street Inn and property management to run resident-centered programs and ensure housing stability.

You will coordinate services, lead workshops, manage data and reporting, and engage residents to foster leadership and wellness across the community.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining partnerships with social service providers and organizations.
• Management ability to energize site staff and partners.
• Experience using data and evaluations to inform program design.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage partnerships with local service providers, organizations, and universities.
• Co-lead annual workplans with property management and PSI.
• Support residents by building relationships and coordinating referrals and resources.
• Foster resident engagement and lead health and wellness activities.
• Oversee data collection and reporting using CL Connect and Power BI.
• Manage budgets and grant deliverables.
• Coordinate site communications with partners, funders, and corporate support.
• Input program data weekly and share metrics with partners.
• Represent TCB at monthly interagency meetings.
