Job summary

The Community Builders, Inc. (TCB) is seeking a Senior Community Life Service Coordinator for Historic South End in Boston. You will lead partnerships with local service providers and Pine Street Inn, coordinating trauma-informed programs for residents and managing cross-team communications.

You will leverage Power BI and data systems to track outcomes, develop annual workplans, and support housing stability efforts in collaboration with campus partners and residents.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining partnerships with social service providers and organizations
• Strong management ability to motivate site staff and partners
• Experience using data and evaluations to inform practice and program design
• Ability to engage with residents of diverse backgrounds and support housing stability
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience; MSW preferred
• Bilingual Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with local service providers and universities.
• Lead CL efforts with TCB and Pine Street Inn to create annual workplans.
• Support residents experiencing housing instability by connecting them to resources and implementing standard practices.
• Foster relationships with residents and encourage engagement.
• Coordinate Health Ambassador program and organize health/wellness activities.
• Conduct life skills workshops and document progress in data systems.
• Oversee CL budgets and grant reporting; track grant deliverables.
• Ensure effective communication between site team and partners; manage data sharing and reporting in systems.
