Core Spaces, LLC is seeking an Associate, National Leasing Specialist to optimize occupancy and leasing velocity across our national portfolio. You will work with onsite teams, operations leaders, and revenue management to drive performance and improve resident experience.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years in student housing or build-to-rent sectors, strong communication, and proven coaching ability to elevate sales execution and conversion rates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in student housing, build-to-rent, multifamily leasing, sales, hospitality, customer experience, or a related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to partner effectively across onsite teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze leasing performance, occupancy trends, lead management metrics, and conversion data to identify performance gaps and opportunities.
• Conduct competitive market analyses to evaluate pricing strategies and market trends.
• Provide direct onsite leasing support and coaching to watchlist communities and new developments.
• Partner with operations, sales, marketing and revenue management to implement leasing initiatives across portfolios.
