Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of financial industry experience with emphasis on lending, sales, service, or business development.
• Ability to travel to various sites.

Responsibilities

• Grow the credit union’s book of business by increasing membership, deposits, and loans.
• Manage relationships with businesses and partners through regular communication and on-site visits.
• Onboard new members efficiently while maintaining high accuracy.
• Identify member needs to deepen relationships and broaden product holdings.
• Generate leads to grow your book of business independently.
• Present credit union products and referrals to members and stakeholders.
