Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Experience in sales preferred.
Self-starter with high energy and motivation.
Excellent written, verbal, public speaking, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel to various sites and understand financial industry regulations.

Responsibilities

Join the Cedar Rapids Community Outreach team with onsite visits and ongoing relationships across chartered counties.
Assist with growth by increasing membership, member deposits, and loans.
Manage ongoing relationships with businesses and partnerships through regular communication and site visits.
Onboard new members in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy.
Identify member needs to deepen relationships and expand product usage.
Generate leads to grow your book of business with team support.
Read credit reports and identify loan referral opportunities.
Understand Dupaco products and refer to subject matter experts as needed.
Create and deliver presentations to educate members and promote Dupaco products.
Use technology to track sales calls, visits, and presentations with current and prospective contacts.
Perform other duties as assigned.
