Dupaco in Coralville, IA is seeking a results-driven Sr. Community Outreach & Education Consultant to lead strategic growth, deepen member engagement, and expand our book of business through proactive community outreach and financial education.

You’ll work with current and prospective members to understand their needs, connect them with Dupaco solutions, drive business development through partnerships and on-site visits, and help members achieve long-term financial well-being while contributing

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of financial industry experience with emphasis on lending, sales, service, or business development.
Must be self-starter with high energy and motivation.
Excellent written, verbal, public speaking, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel to various sites.

Responsibilities

Assist with credit union growth by increasing membership and deposits and loans.
Manage ongoing relationships with businesses and partnerships through regular communication and on-site visits.
Onboard new members in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy.
Identify member needs to deepen relationships and increase product ownership.
Generate leads to grow the book of business independently.
Deliver presentations to educate while promoting Dupaco products.
Track sales calls, visits, and presentations with current and prospective contacts.
Collaborate with peers and team members to share market insights.
Perform other duties as assigned.
