Job summary

Bazaarvoice is seeking a seasoned Community Manager to scale our creator network and drive retention and advocacy across consumer platforms. You will partner with Acquisition, Lifecycle, Editorial, Marketing, Product, Operations and Support to design high-touch campaigns, gifting, and scalable UGC pipelines, translating member feedback into actionable business insights for growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in community management or community marketing.
• Experience within consumer platforms, creator networks, or UGC-driven brands preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze community lifecycle data to ideate campaigns that reduce churn.
• Execute 1:1 outreach to top creators and high-value members to build relationships.
• Manage end-to-end member gifting programs and surprise-and-delight campaigns.
• Build scalable UGC pipelines with Editorial and Marketing teams to amplify content.
