Job summary

Boulevard Labs, Inc. seeks a seasoned Senior Community Strategist to own and grow our customer community for salon, spa, and wellness partners.

You will map where customers gather online, define an owned platform roadmap, and launch engagement programs with moderation and influencer partnerships. You will collaborate with Support, Product, Education, and Marketing to turn feedback into action, monitor reviews on G2/Capterra/Trustpilot, and report on engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in strategy- and execution-heavy community roles.
• Experience building a community strategy from an ambiguous starting point.
• Experience managing a brand’s presence on review sites (G2, Capterra, Trustpilot).
• Experience building moderation and escalation workflows for online communities.
• Track record collaborating with demand generation, support, product, or customer success teams.
• Strong written communication and sound judgment handling sensitive conversations.
• Deep customer empathy and urgency; connect customers with the right people.
• Strong relationships in beauty, wellness, salon, or spa communities.
• Degree in marketing, journalism, communications, business, or equivalent (5+ years).

Responsibilities

• Research and map where our customers are active online.
• Propose an owned community strategy and platform roadmap.
• Launch and run Boulevard’s owned community platform(s), including moderation and engagement.
• Monitor and respond to reviews on sites like G2, Capterra, and Trustpilot.
• Partner with Support, Product, Education, and Paid teams to action feedback.
• Define influencer program collaboration with Content & Social teams.
• Track and report on engagement, sentiment, and retention metrics.
• Travel occasionally for trade shows, brand events, and video shoots.
