Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Colorado/Boise area to deliver civil engineering projects for public and private clients, including master planned communities and infrastructure improvements. You will lead design, documentation, and construction support, manage budgets and schedules, and act as primary client liaison while developing new opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Civil Engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed PE in Idaho or eligible.
• Strong project management and client liaison skills.
• Experience with public/private infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project performance and PM framework implementation.
• Serve as primary client contact.
• Lead design document preparation and hydrology/hydraulic modeling.
• Manage multiple projects with scope, budget, and schedule.
• Develop and monitor project schedule and budget.
• Communicate status to client and leadership; review invoices and change orders.
• Develop new work opportunities and client relationships.
