Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Dallas is seeking a Senior Business Banking Consultant to build relationships with underserved entrepreneurs and leverage local networks to support their growth. You will cultivate partnerships with community organizations and utilize Chase resources to expand our community footprint.

You will deliver customized banking solutions, collaborate across Chase teams, and help clients achieve financial goals while managing risk and ensuring a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in business banking relationship management role or related business/commercial lending experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Strong relationship management skills; demonstrate strong tactical business development and negotiation skills
• Demonstrate seasoned judgment to offer comprehensive and customized solutions that best meet client needs; monitors and researches market/industry trends and business outcomes to anticipate client needs and present proactive solutions
• Able to identify opportunities, issues, and viable alternatives, while managing risk, when traditional solutions do not apply

Responsibilities

• Build relationships, and utilize networks and local centers of influence to identify and support underserved entrepreneurs
• Cultivate long-term relationships with new and existing Community Development Financial Institutions, Non-Profits, and other community organizations, leveraging JPMorgan Chase Foundation
• Maintain current business network and involvement in community organizations; leverage knowledge of diverse business types, markets, and financial concepts to develop networks
• Provide the best client advice and service; develop the relationship to ensure a seamless client experience across Chase with Branches, Home Lending, Chase Wealth Management, and Merchant and Card Services
• Deliver comprehensive and customized business banking solutions tailored to client financial needs and risk management; identify, promote solutions to serve the client and portfolio profitability
• Build collaborative internal and external relationships to provide the best client advice and service and develop the business network for a seamless experience
• Discover personal financial goals of business clients; partner across lines of business to connect clients with specialists
