Job summary

The Management Trust is seeking a Community Association Manager in Denver, CO. You will oversee operations, maintenance, and financial planning for designated Homeowner Associations, acting as a proactive liaison with Boards and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience as a Community Manager or similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of assigned communities (single family, townhomes, condominiums, or commercial) and coordinate with support teams.
• Oversee tasks to ensure Board goals for relevance, budget, and quality of service are met.
• Guide Board members on action plans using proactive leadership and planning.
• Review budgets, invoices, and financial reports with accounting staff.
• Attend Board meetings and provide necessary reports and documentation.
• Perform site inspections and ensure compliance with governing documents and rules.
