Job summary

RealManage is seeking a Community Association Manager (CAM) to lead day-to-day operations for a portfolio of HOAs and similar communities in Plano, TX. You will ensure professional, timely service, uphold our standards, and build strong relationships with boards, residents, and vendors.

The role collaborates with the DCAM and Boards, oversees budgets, vendor management, contracts, and compliance, and reports on financials and performance.

Qualifications

• CMCA or state-equivalent certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Minimum 2-3 years of property management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a portfolio of community associations.
• Prepare for and conduct Board and Annual Meetings with reports.
• Develop and manage budgets, contracts, and vendor payments.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents and risk management.
