Job summary

RealManage is seeking a Community Association Manager (CAM) to lead day-to-day operations for a portfolio of HOAs and other associations in Englewood, CO. You will partner with the DCAM and boards to ensure timely, high-quality service and to uphold RealManage standards.

You will oversee budgets, vendor management, and reporting, while fostering positive homeowner relationships and ensuring compliance with governing documents and industry standards.

Qualifications

• CMCA or state-equivalent certification is preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years in property management/ community management.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage complex developer portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a portfolio of community associations and provide strategic guidance to Boards.
• Prepare for and conduct Board and Annual Meetings with clear reports.
• Present financial and operational reports to Boards and stakeholders.
