Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Community Association Manager (CAM) in Signal Hill, CA. This role involves supervising community associations, interacting with homeowners, vendors, board members, and staff, and managing multiple projects. Customer service and multitasking skills are essential.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Supervise community operations per management agreements and policies.
• Act as liaison with the Board of Directors and homeowners.
• Manage administrative duties and financial reviews.
• Develop and utilize community management tools.
• Oversee financial reports, capital expenditures, collections, and legal actions.
• Coordinate inspections, vendor management, and staff oversight.
• Ensure compliance with community standards and assist with architectural reviews.
• Maintain data and manage the AP process.
