What You’ll Do

• Manage all aspects of community associations, ensuring properties are well-maintained and procedures are followed.
• Conduct daily operations, including interactions with Boards of Directors, homeowners, and vendors.
• Develop and oversee preventative maintenance plans for each property.
• Respond to customer inquiries and issues with support staff assistance.
• Solicit bids and oversee work with contractors.
• Build and negotiate vendor contracts.
• Perform monthly property walk-throughs to identify issues.
• Organize and run owner and board meetings (about 4 per year).
• Provide financial insights, including budgets, bills, and invoices.
• Review financial statements and coordinate tax and reserve updates.

What You’ll Need

• Active Illinois CAM license.
• 4+ years of experience managing associations with over 40 units.
• Financial management skills, including budgeting and assessments.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience with Google Workspace.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to plan ahead and meet deadlines.
