JP Morgan Chase is seeking a Communications Senior Associate to support executive messaging and develop strategic communication plans across Technology and Product & Experience within Consumer & Community Banking. You will craft human-centered stories that translate complex topics into accessible messages for senior leaders and teams.

You will partner with stakeholders, adapt to evolving channels, and drive measurable outcomes while maintaining high standards of clarity and impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of internal and executive communications experience, including hands-on writing, editing, and presentation development in technology or financial services.
• Experience advising senior management teams and developing executive-level messages and strategies.
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills with proven ability to translate complex topics for broad audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple senior executives with communications needs, including messages, site visits and town halls.
• Create and execute strategic communications plans with measurable outcomes.
• Develop and manage communications tactics and channels to support the strategy.
• Identify human-centered stories to simplify tech and business topics.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners to drive innovation in communications.
• Stay current with emerging communication methods and technologies/tools.
• Identify areas to improve efficiency in executing communications responsibilities.
