Job summary

Chase is seeking a Communications Senior Associate within Consumer and Community Banking to shape technology and product communications for executives and teams across the organization.

You will develop strategic communications plans, craft executive messages, town halls and site visits, and tell human-centered stories that make complex technology approachable. This role requires travel up to 10% and a BA/BS in a related field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in internal, corporate and/or executive communications in tech or financial services.
• Proven success developing executive messages and comms strategies.
• Experience working with C-suite executives.
• Strong project management and deadline handling abilities.
• Ability to simplify complex technology into clear messages.
• Experience with intranet design and measurement tools.
• Willingness to travel ~10%.
• Finalists must complete a written test to verify thinking and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Support executives with messages, site visits, towns halls and presentations.
• Develop and execute strategic communications plans with measurable outcomes.
• Manage tactics and channels to support strategy.
• Identify compelling human-centered stories around technology.
