Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in communications, marketing, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience coordinating complex, cross-functional projects through planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex information into clear content.
• Strong analytical skills; interpret borrower feedback and performance data to identify trends and risks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex, high-risk initiatives from strategy through implementation and post-launch evaluation.
• Research borrower needs; analyze root causes, trends, and feedback; define audiences, actions, measures, risks, and evaluation points.
• Translate complex legal, regulatory, business, and process information into clear content for letters, emails, websites, and campaigns.
• Build alignment among business units, Legal, Compliance, Corporate Technology, and partners; frame trade-offs and guide stakeholders with recommendations.
• Assess results and impact; decide on scaling, redesign, stopping, or further investment; develop playbooks, templates, and practices; coach peers.
