Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Content Strategy & Writer - Servicing to own the strategy and development of customer-facing content across email, SMS, print, IVR, agent scripting, chat, and websites. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on writing to improve clarity and engagement across channels.

You will collaborate with product, technology, operations, and compliance to ensure messaging is accurate, consistent, and compliant, while maintaining brand voice and governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, journalism, marketing, public relations, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in content development, professional writing, communications, content strategy, or related discipline.
• Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills translating complex information into clear language.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to identify messaging gaps and business needs.
• Familiarity with digital channels, CMS, and content analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and maintain customer-facing content across channels, determining message, tone, timing, and presentation.
• Own content experience across touchpoints, developing strategies aligning customer needs and channels.
• Translate mortgage servicing concepts and regulatory information into clear customer language.
• Maintain brand voice, tone, and messaging across channels and audiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, messaging, reviews, and implementation.
• Maintain content governance and quality across lifecycle.
