The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on writing to shape messaging across email, SMS, print correspondence, IVR, agent scripting, chat, and web portals, ensuring accurate, compliant communications.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in communications, English, journalism, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years in content development, professional writing, communications, or content strategy.
• Ability to translate complex mortgage servicing info into clear language for customers.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with digital channels, CMS, and content performance analytics.

• Write, edit, and maintain customer-facing content across channels: email, SMS, print, IVR, scripting, chat, websites, and portals.
