Job summary

Honeywell International Inc. in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Sr. AI Manager to shape and execute the strategic vision for AI initiatives across the enterprise.

You will lead a team of AI scientists and engineers, collaborating with business stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights and high-impact solutions. This role reports to the Sr Director of IT and offers a hybrid work schedule across multiple locations; initial onsite requirement for 90 days.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in Data analytics, AI or related technical activities.
• 6+ years of experience with AI tools such as MS Azure, OpenAI, Vertex, AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, or equivalents.
• Strong leadership and management skills with cross-functional team leadership and agile work experience.
• Experience with AI trends like predictive models, AI/ML, and GenAI.

Responsibilities

• Part of a team advancing Honeywell's AI strategy across functions and business units.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to define AI strategy and roadmap.
• Develop and execute AI strategy to maximize revenue growth and profitability.
• Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and deliver AI solutions.
• Drive user experience for delivering AI solutions.
• Oversee solution lifecycle and measure ongoing impact.
• Mentor AI engineering teams and ensure successful project implementations.
• Translate business goals into technical product specifications.
