Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a Communications Consultant to partner with Managing Directors and develop participant communication strategies for Tax-Exempt Core Non-Profit clients.

You will manage end‑to‑end delivery of educational, plan, and regulatory communications with quality, accuracy, and cost‑effective production. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and vendors to oversee high‑volume projects, streamline workflows, drive improvements, and ensure timely delivery and

Qualifications

• Degree in journalism, communications, English, marketing, or related field strongly desired.
• 2–3 years of communications consulting experience preferred.
• SIE required; Series 6 and 63 licenses preferred (must be obtained within 90 days).
• Experience in employee benefits communication or financial services preferred.
• Proven project management experience required.
• Strong editing and proofreading, written and verbal communication skills.
• Fidelity's communications offerings knowledge across products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end participant communications for TEM Core Non-Profit clients.
• Lead high-volume projects with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Improve processes to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective production.
• Consult with the Managing Director on communication and education strategy.
• Ensure exceptional participant experience through best-practice solutions.
