Job summary

Fidelity Investments seeks a Communications Consultant to partner with Managing Directors on participant communication strategies for Tax-Exempt Core Non-Profit clients. You will manage end-to-end delivery of educational, plan, and regulatory communications, ensuring quality, accuracy, and cost-effective production.

The role requires strong writing and project management skills, cross-functional collaboration with vendors, and adherence to governance.

Qualifications

• Degree in journalism, communications, English, marketing, or related field strongly desired.
• Experience in employee benefits communication and/or financial services preferred.
• 2-3 years’ communications consulting experience preferred.
• Proven project management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of educational, plan, and regulatory communications for Tax-Exempt Core Non-Profit clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to oversee high-volume projects and drive process improvements.
• Consult with Managing Director on communication and education strategy, aligning with client priorities.
• Ensure timely delivery, governance, and quality of participant communications.
